and Fair Compensation
Acosta Canada Corporation, Acosta Services Canada Co., Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co. and Premium Retail Services (Canada) Inc. are committed to supporting fair and consistent compensation practices. Our British Columbia Pay Transparency Reports, published separately for each company below, provide aggregate information about differences in pay between gender groups, as required under British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act.
The reports present aggregate measures across gender groups and provide greater transparency into compensation outcomes. These results reflect each company’s B.C. workforce as a whole and can be affected by differences in workforce composition and compensation arrangements across employee groups.
We use pay transparency data as one component of our broader review of compensation practices. We will continue to review our compensation practices and workforce data to better understand the factors contributing to reported differences and identify opportunities to support fair and consistent compensation decisions.
