How do I apply for a job at an Acosta Group agency? 

You can explore all current job openings at Enter your postal code to narrow down opportunities near you. Use the keyword search and filters to narrow the jobs based on your interests or desired schedule. When you find a job you are interested in, click the “Apply Now” button to start the application process.

Do I have to apply with a resume?

A resume or CV is not required to apply but is encouraged. You can apply quickly using information from your Indeed, LinkedIn or Facebook profiles. Still, you will need to provide your job history and will be able to upload documents during the application process if desired.

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests.

How does a current Acosta Group employee refer me for a role?

If you know someone who works at an Acosta Group agency and would like to be referred for a current job opening, have them go to and fill out our Associate Referral Form. If you are a match, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you.

What happens after I apply for a job? How do I check the status of my application?

A recruiter will review your application within 5 business days. We’ll let you know when a decision has been made.

How should I prepare for my phone screening or video interview?

Our talent acquisition team wants to learn more about you, and match you with a role you’ll be successful in. In preparation for your interview, read the job description carefully and research the Acosta Group agency. Take a moment to reflect on how your previous work experience relates to the position, and be prepared to showcase how your skills are a good fit for the role.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my interview?

If you need to reschedule or cancel an interview, please contact the recruiter or hiring manager at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone to reschedule.

I had a scheduled virtual interview, but the link didn’t work, or no one showed up.

Always check that the recruiter has provided a link for your virtual interview when arranging a date and time. If no one joined the meeting at the time of your interview, please contact the recruiter to reschedule or discuss next steps.

Is a background check required?

How do I refer someone for a job at Acosta Group?

Submit any referrals at Acosta Group’s referral form. The referral bonus is $250 for full-time positions and $100 for part-time positions. You will receive a bonus if your candidate is hired and successfully works for 30 days. There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses an associate may earn. We will add your referral bonus to your bi-weekly wages. 

Associate referrals are entirely voluntary but highly encouraged as we grow our team!

Where can I access my payroll statements and tax documents?

Former Acosta associates can access their W-2 and pay statements by logging into ADP Employee Self-Service (ESS). You may email for assistance verifying your employment dates or to request a termination letter. 

U.S. Associates: You can access your W-2 and pay statements by logging into ADP Employee Self Service (ESS). On MyAcosta, locate the tile for ‘Employee Self-Service’ on the right side, which will take you to the ESS login. Within ESS, go to the ‘Pay & Taxes’ tab and select ‘Annual Statement’.  Click on the link for the desired year to view/print your W-2. 

Canadian Associates: You can access your W-2 and pay statements by logging into ADP Employee Self Service (ESS). Click here for more detailed step-by-step directions or visit MyAcosta / Departments / HR Canada.

I have a question about my paycheck.

Please submit a payroll discrepancy form if you have questions or concerns about your paycheck.

To access the form, please visit the AskHR self-service portal. Once on the AskHR portal homepage, type ‘Payroll Discrepancy’ in the search box at the top. 

I’m having issues with my expense card or have questions about an expense report.

U.S. associates: Visit the LiveWell site on MyAcosta for information regarding benefits or more information on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through New Directions.  

Canadian associates: For benefits or details on the ICAS International Employee Assistance Program (EAP), visit the HR Canada site on MyAcosta. 

I need to change my insurance coverage.

U.S. associates: You may only change insurance coverage once yearly (during the Open Enrollment period), unless you have experienced a qualifying life event. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please contact a Benefits Enrollment Counselor at (855) 981-1212. 

Canadian associates: You may only change insurance coverage during the Open Enrollment period in October, unless you have experienced a qualifying life event. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please contact a Benefits Enrollment Counselor at (855) 981-1212. 

I need to change my 401K deductions.

All U.S. associates currently enrolled in Acosta Group’s 401k plan may contact Fidelity at 1-800-835-5095 to make changes to deductions. You may also visit Fidelity’s NetBenefits site to log in to your account and make changes at any time. 

If you are not currently enrolled in Acosta Group’s 401k plan but would like to begin contributing, contact Fidelity at 1-800-835-5095.
