Jeremy Benedict HeadshotJeremy Benedict is Chief Commercial Officer at Acosta Group, where he connects brand partners with the strategies, talent, and technology to drive growth across retail channels, including Walmart and Target. He also leads the Global Business Services (GBS) commercial function and oversees Acosta Group’s partnership with IBM, delivering data-driven, AI or tech-enabled solutions that enhance performance.

Jeremy focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and service teams through smarter data use, digital tools, and streamlined processes. Since joining Acosta Group in 2020 as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Jeremy has led corporate strategy, M&A, talent development, and enterprise transformation.

Previously, Jeremy held executive roles at Access, a global information management company, including Chief People Officer and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, where he led digital transformation, operational restructuring, and talent strategies during rapid growth.

He spent over a decade at Bain & Company, focusing on private equity due diligence and later supporting firmwide growth in marketing and human capital.

Jeremy holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s in Finance from The College of William & Mary.
