Inside Acosta Group’s Leadership Development Program

Starting Your Career Is One Thing. Figuring Out Where You Want To Take It Is Another.

Acosta Group’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) gives recent graduates the opportunity to explore different sides of the business, build real-world experience, and discover the kind of work they want to pursue long term.

For more than 20 years, the program has provided early-career talent with immersive, hands-on experience across our business. Over 18 months, participants rotate through different functions, gaining exposure to areas like retail, foodservice, sales, marketing, business insights and analytics, operations, and technology.

More Than A Rotational Program

LDP is designed to help you understand how the pieces of a complex commerce organization come together.

Instead of starting your career in one role and staying there, you’ll have the chance to step into different teams, take on hands-on projects, learn from people across the organization, and experience different types of work firsthand.

Along the way, you’ll have access to:

  • Real projects and business experience across multiple functions
  • Executive mentors who can help guide your experience
  • Leadership and professional development designed to accelerate your growth
  • Industry-leading technology, experts, and operations
  • A growing network across teams and areas of the business

And you won’t just build technical experience. The program is designed to strengthen skills you can carry with you throughout your career, including collaboration, curiosity, adaptability, initiative, resourcefulness, strategic thinking, resilience, innovation, and proactivity.

But what does the LDP experience actually look like? Hear from program alumni about the experiences, lessons, and opportunities that helped shape their careers.
