In early 2025, SuperStroke’s golf alignment sticks — a consistent top-seller and entry point for new customers — suddenly disappeared from Amazon’s catalog. Without warning, the product lost visibility in search results and the brand store, halting sales and threatening customer acquisition.

An additional hurdle emerged: SuperStroke didn’t have access to its Brand Registry or Seller Central accounts. We partnered with its IT team to recover admin credentials, restore ownership, and prevent future disruptions by:
- Identifying the correct admin accounts through domain-level investigation
- Using Amazon’s recovery tools to re-establish Brand Registry and Seller Central access
- Onboarding SuperStroke’s team members into both platforms
- Creating SOPs for account access, resets, and user hierarchy
This wasn’t just a reactive fix — it was a foundational upgrade that gave SuperStroke lasting control over its Amazon presence.
The Results
The move to Seller Central drove an immediate jump in profitability: unit margins rose from $5.95 to $11.23, an 89% lift in contribution margin. Beyond recovery, the shift positioned SuperStroke for long-term sustainability, giving it more control over pricing, promotions, and catalog management.
