How We Did It

In 2024, Frontier Co-op launched on Walmart Marketplace — a major milestone for any growing brand.

Getting listed was one thing. Turning browsers into buyers was another.

From bulk herbs and spices to organic teas and extracts, its catalog spans hundreds of products. Each needed to reach the right shoppers at the right moments.

Our Connected Commerce team took a close look at every part of the digital shelf, uncovering opportunities to improve the shopper experience.

We went to work building:

Better Visibility
Expanding participation in Walmart promotional events put the brand in front of more shoppers than ever before and created repeat customer engagement.

A Smarter Assortment
Retiring slow sellers and introducing products already proving their appeal increased SKUs by 12% and created a much more competitive catalog.

A Reason to Trust
Building a ratings and reviews project around slow-moving items boosted sales by 64% and increased LQS by 11%.

Easier Searchability
Repositioning mis-categorized products for maximum visibility and aligned assortment with shopper needs and marketplace demand.

A Great First Impression
Refreshing product pages with optimized content and vibrant imagery gave shoppers a better first impression and made every listing more compelling.

No single change transformed the business. Together, they created a shopping experience that was easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to buy from.

The Payoff

In one year, GMV increased 164%, units sold climbed 229%, page views grew 540%, and conversion rates improved 55%.

During several major promotional events, demand actually outpaced supply — a great problem to have as we tackle Frontier’s next phase of growth.
